Citroen’s hotly-anticipated replacement to the foothold Avant was the ds. Indeed it was path relatively revolutionary with its sci-fi styling and negligible interior. From the producers of the 2cv and HY van came the fate of motoring. Citroen’s eccentric yet uber-smart ds set out its own terms from the start.
